June 2025 - December 2025
Overview
In June 2025, I will begin my second 7-month co-op at Collins Aerospace. I will be working as part of the structural dyanmics team for Mechanical Power Conversion, which includes gearboxes, pumps, and air turbine starters for a wide range of civil and military jet engine applications.
Goals
- Create solutions in the aerospace industry that improve both the safety and efficiency of the world.
- Expand on my technical analysis ability particularly through computational models.
- Make a knowledgable effort to ask many thoughtful, technically-informed questions to leverage the engineering team's extensive expertise to accelerate my learning.
